2. Specification
The function of a forming roll is to shape materials by applying pressure through the rotation of two rolls, one with protruding pins and the other with grooves.  The upper roll with protruding pins presses against the lower roll with grooves molds the material into the desired shape.  This process is commonly used in Drainage Sheet Poduction Line.  The forming roll plays a crucial role in achieving precise and consistent shaping of materials, ensuring the quality and functionality of the final product.

2.1 Mirror Roller:
Material: high quality 45 # seamless steel tubes, alloy steel pipes, forgings.
Structure: a variety of flow channel or a jacket-type design.
Processing: 3M abrasive precision grinding. advanced heat treatment process of quenching and tempering, mutiple to stress, hardening, hardchrome plating accuraey of Heef-25 high-efficieney micro-cracks: the roughness Ra0.005μm(finish14), cooling or heating temperature ≤±1 ºC, the thermal deformation is ≤0.01mm. Flatness ≤0.005mm, beating≤0.005mm, coaxial degree≤0.005mm. Surface hardness of HRC55-58, polished chrome hardness HV1000(HRC62).
Uses: Suitable for calendering, rolling fields on the surface of the PMMA. PC, PET, PP, the PT, PE, of ABS, PVC and other kinds of plastic plates, sheets, film, leather, paper and other products.

2.2 Embossing Roller:
Material: high quality 45 # seamless steel tubes, alloy steel pipes, forgings.
Structure: a variety of flow channel or a jacket-type design.
Processing: the introduction of foreign advanced engraving equipment.
Accuracy: the roll surface pattern simulation rate of more than 98% of cooling or heating temperature difference
≤±1°C, heat distontion ≤0.01mm. Flaness ≤0.005mm, beating ≤0.005mm, coaxial degree ≤0.005mm. Surface hardness of HRC55-58.
Uses: Widely applicable to all types of plastic plates, sheets, film, leather, paper and other products by extrusion.
