       c. Keep the tube in the furnace, cooling for 4 hours till the temperature is about 300°C

 

       d. Taking out of the tube put another one in

 

       e. When the tube temperature is below 170°C, take the wire out

A: We offer Electricity annealing furnace and gas annealing furnace.

A:  650-700ºC


3.    What is the capacity for your machine?
A: We have different capacity which according to client's request, the most common type is 3 ton/24hours.

4.    What is the sea port for delivery.
A: The nearest sea port from our factory is Shanghai port

5.    What is the guarantee?
A: 12 months after commissioning or 18months after shipment. Whichever first is in valid. (it is excluding wear parts. Shipping cost for parts to be replaced during warranty period has to be borne by the customer.)

6.   How to install chain link fence machine?
A:  1  technicians  and  1  interpreter will be  assigned  to  coordinate  installation, commissioning and training, for the maximum duration of 15 working days your side will supply the air return  tickets,  food,  accommodation(hotel and  one  day  three  meals),  transportation,  communication, insurance , tax ( if have) for the technicians and the interpreter. USD120.00/day/person working fee will be paid to them.
