And it consists of advanced pay off system, wagon is on working platform for carrying spiral coil efficiently, auto wire spiral coiling machine, heavy duty main machine for weaving. Mostly striking, adopt automatic modular hydraulic winding system.

Compared to the common wire spiral coiling machine, we take pneumatic device to match the lifting safety cover, aims at ensuring the worker's safety, and there are so many device has the same effect, such as the infrared sensor emergency feeding device, protective cover and remote emergency control, handrail along with working platform and so on...... At the meanwhile, it's equipped with 6 chrome plating guiding rods to improve the quality and efficiency in a great extend when they are working.

Heavy duty main machine adopts SIEMENS brand PLC, touch screen and motor, these are  to provide the continuous and stable output in production line. Strong running power is supported by two netting blocks and 3 netting gears. From the top view, emergency feeding stop device could ensure the Integrity of the wire mesh, also the great quality. Recyclable and reliable lubrication system will reduce the waste of oil and extend the working life of machine. The series gabion mesh machines have been designed to make gabion mesh of various widths and mesh sizes. The possible coatings are heavily galvanized and zinc. For high corrosion resistance, zinc and PVC, galfan coated wire is available.We can manufacture gabion machine according to customer request.
 

1.Mesh Size's range from 50*70 mm To 176*200 mm; 2.We can design the machine to produce the mesh size according to customer's request .But the mesh size should in the range of 50*70 mm To 176*200 mm; 3.Range of galvanized wire:2.0mm~4.0mm(for different mesh size pls find the parameter in the specification); 4.Range of PVC coating galvanized wire: ≤5.0mm; 5.Our motor adopt Frequency Motor;
