• Mass concrete nominal linings may need to be designed to be pressure relieved to prevent the
  build-up of water pressure loading; to this end, weep holes and or drainage garlands are incorporated. 

  The minimum thickness is governed by practical considerations during casting, specifically related to the stiffness of the kerb ring during handling and placing of the concrete; 300 - 450mm thick nominal concrete linings are typical.

ch can ensure the stability of the shaft walls. Whether concreting from the buttom up or the top down, it
can be an important part of your time and cost cutting  operation.

As for  the Galloway that is used to dig the shaft of the mine. It's like a giant elevator that can carry the e
quipment and the men.
